These General Terms of Use ("GTU") govern all relationships between TOP-Students™ (the "Website") and the user of the Website ("you", "You" or the "User"). Use of the Website implies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTU. TOP-Students™ reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. By accessing the Website to consult information or use our platform, you agree to comply with applicable laws and the following terms of use:

The GTU define the conditions of use of the Website. The Website is a portal that allows Users to better understand the services offered by TOP-Students™, purchase services online, and contact TOP-Students™ with any questions regarding the services offered.

8. Plans — Financial Terms

We offer several subscription options to meet the needs of each user:

Free Plan

Our free plan gives you access to a limited selection of our main features. It is ideal for discovering our platform and starting to progress toward your goals. However, certain advanced features and unlimited access to content remain reserved for premium subscribers.

Paid Plans

Paid plans offer a complete experience:

• Unlimited access to all questions and features of the platform.
• Detailed statistics to track your performance.
• History of played questions to go back and progress effectively.
• And all features not included in the free plan.

These subscriptions are available as a one-time payment, and access is limited to a specific date.

Lifetime Version

Although the "lifetime subscription" is no longer for sale, some users subscribed to it in the past. This option includes all premium features with no need for renewal.

Important: In the event of the platform's closure, for any reason whatsoever (technical, economic, or otherwise), all lifetime subscriptions will come to an end. No refund or compensation can be granted in such a situation.

Refund

We do not issue any refunds on payments, except in the event of a failure on our part. If you believe such a situation applies, we invite you to contact our support team for a review of your case.
